God so loved the world that He gave his one and only son Jesus to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins (John 3:16-17), but why should we care? God will judge all individuals by their own thoughts, deeds, and actions. (Romans 2:6) God does not think lightly of sin, and the wages of sin is death, (Romans 6:23) even the desires of the heart produce the fruit of evil or sin. (Luke 6:45) God is not willing that any shall perish, but that all should have eternal life! (2 Peter 3:9) Repent from evil desires, put faith in Jesus Christ alone. Ask Him to change your heart’s desires and put faith in Christ’s sacrifice alone. Then you can have a new heart (Ezekiel 36:26) and desire what is just, pure, and be right with God becoming holy and blameless in His eyes on judgment day. (1 Corinthians 1:8) We are saved by grace through faith-salvation is a free gift waiting to be accepted. (Ephesians 2:8-9)
